To begin the application process, each occupant over the age of 18 must submit a completed application, two forms of ID, and six weeks of pay history. You can submit an application online here or you can turn in a paper application along with all of your documents directly to our office.

It typically takes about two business days to process an application. However, this can take longer depending on the volume of applicants and whether all of your required documents have been submitted.

We do perform credit checks on all applicants. However, we mainly consider income and rental history when reviewing applications. Please also note that we review applications in the order that they are received, and we do not process applications that are missing any of the required documents.
