Required Documents and Information

Two Forms of ID – acceptable forms below

  • State or Federal issued Driver’s License or ID Card
  • Passport
  • Alien Registration Card with photograph
  • Social Security Card
  • Citizen ID Card
  • Birth Certificate

Address Information

Your Employment Information

  • Copy of most recent (past 45 days) pay stub(s)
  • Your Financial Information – 2 years tax return and 2 months bank statements for self employed applicants

Your monthly income should be at least 2 1/2 – 3 times the rental amount

Credit and eviction reports will be obtained


Call Your Utility Company Immediately for Electrical Outages, Gas Leaks or Other Service Problems.

Please contact our office during business hours for all Non-Emergency Maintenance Requests.


For Non-Maintenace emergency please call 911.

Landmark Property Management Group has an After Hours Emergency Answering Service that is available to receive calls outside of our normal business hours of 10:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.

When placing an emergency service call the operator will receive the details of your specific problem and your contact information. The manager or maintenance staff on duty will then be contacted and provided the information about your emergency maintenance problem. You will then be contacted by our staff and advise of the action that will be taken to resolve your issue.

For after hours EMERGENCY, Please Call 800-535-LPMG ext 3. Please DO NOT send an emergency message by e-mail. Always make sure you speak with a live person in an emergency situation.


Landmark Property Management Group takes a personalized approach toward tenant placement. It is our preference to meet one on one with prospective tenants and applicants to determine your needs for a home and how we may best service those needs. Landmark Property Management Group will provide you a list of vacancies that meet your requirements and set up showing times and dates that best fit your schedules.
