What do I need in order to become a contractor?

To become an independent contractor, we require that you submit a Contractor Information Form, a W-9 and an ID. If you would like to become a maintenance technician, you will be asked to submit proof of insurance of not less than $100,000.00 and name Landmark as additionally insured. We will also ask for any licenses you may have.

When do you provide payment?

We make payments every Friday upon submittal of your invoice by the prior Friday.
